1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that all conditions below are met.
2. Eligibility Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is free from stains, odors, or any signs of use
- The original order confirmation or invoice is provided
- The product passes our quality inspection upon receipt
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be processed.
4. Refusing Delivery
If you decide not to accept your order, you may refuse the shipment while the courier is present and before accepting it. Once the order has been accepted, any return or exchange must be submitted within the 14-day return period.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items with missing tags or original packaging
- Products with stains, odors, or signs of use
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to improper use by the customer
6. Exchanges
If your requested size or colour is available, we will process the exchange after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.
7. Shipping Fees
- Change of mind, size, or colour: the customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees.
8. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. ZAYY reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
